We offer a wide range of service levels, across both governance and risk, including initial assessments, hourly rates and annual packages. This means we have a range of fees to match any clients budget.

In-house Methodology & Working With Clients

We work within both the risk and governance sectors to the normal industry standards but we also utilise our own in-house methodology. As both risk and governance are intrinsically connected, due to the risk-based approach to governance, there is an immediate synergy.

It is our aim, and indeed a cornerstone of our business, to always work in partnership with our clients. This is especially important, as it is the clients who operate their own organisation day-to-day. We provide our services largely on a remote basis, meaning clients don't need to find space on their premises for us. Naturally, there will be times when we will need to attend clients premises, and of course, if the client prefers us to do this.

Antony Newman - Founder & CEO
Antony (Tony) Newman is a professionally accredited UK Governance Practitioner, Paralegal and Certified Risk Manager, with over twenty years of experience.
He is qualified to Masters level in Corporate Governance and Risk Management; is a Fellow of two professional Institutes and two professional association.

He is also a Trustee and acts as COO, for Queens Award (QAVS) winning, registered youth charity, Box Cleva.
